The potential buyers of our house requested an AC unit check as a result of the inspection process. We called Element Mechanical (EM), and despite their busy schedule, they sent Tim out the very next day. He conducted a spring inspection, took levels, etc., and performed a leak detection. Thankfully for all involved, our AC unit passed the tests, and the buyers were satisfied. And, we were grateful for EM’s speedy, dependable service so we could move on with the house-selling process!
